Description:: Free community coffee mornings, community led and topic based groups, 1-1 support - physical health, mental health and wellbeing, raising confidence and self-esteem, relationships and isolation, domestic abuse, community, housing, education and training, employment including CVs, cover letters, interview skills, registering with recruitment agencies, benefit forms, bills and budgeting, grant applications, energy advice, young people, children and families.
